Available for amateurs and SWL's. For Europe amateur - contact stations in 25 different river
and lake islands on territory Republic of Belarus. For other continents - 15 QSO's.
Small endorsement plates are available for the 50, 75, 100 and 150 islands.
Contacts after 01.01.1994. All bands and modes. Cross-band, repeater, satellite or other relay methods are NOT permitted. QSLs are not necessary.
Submit GCR list or (logs signed by two amateur radio club members), and
